Job summary

s360, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Data Scientist to own Marketing Mix Modelling engagements from start to finish. You’ll work with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure models are technically sound, commercially relevant and easy to interpret.

You will bring Bayesian modelling depth, strong business sense and the ability to translate complex results into actionable client recommendations, collaborating across data, growth and measurement teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Bayesian Marketing Mix Modelling in Meridian, PyMC-Marketing or Robyn.
• Ability to deliver Meridian models that are commercially relevant and easy to explain.
• Strong data interpretation and client-facing communication.
• Experience with data validation and model diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Model ownership: Build and sign off Meridian models end to end, including KPI definition and diagnostics.
• Client collaboration: Agree on data, priors and expectations; present findings to stakeholders.
• Calibration and validation: Test outputs with holdout and incrementality checks.
• Budget recommendations: Translate ROI and saturation insights into actionable guidance.
• Data and workflows: Manage data intake and modelling workflows in cloud environments and notebooks.
• Scoping and refreshes: Plan proposals and model refreshes with leadership.
