Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data science, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Basic Python proficiency.
• Familiarity with SQL and structured datasets.
• Understanding of data quality and documentation principles.
• Interest in LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Ability to break complex processes into clear, logical steps.
• Clear writing skills for prompts, instructions and requirements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and methodical testing.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build datasets and knowledge assets powering AI agents.
• Clean, label and document data to ensure quality and usability.
• Analyze business workflows with process owners.
• Break workflows into tasks, rules and decision points.
• Translate tasks into reusable AI skills and instructions.
• Design and refine prompts for specific business needs.
• Help build and configure agents for critical workflows.
• Define guardrails, human approvals and escalation paths.
• Create test cases and evaluate agent accuracy and reliability.
• Improve agents through feedback and share reusable best practices.
