Job summary

Eleven VMS, part of Mantu, seeks a Data Scientist to design and deploy ML/AI models that transform data into actionable insights and product features. You will work with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a related field and hands-on experience deploying models, preferably on Databricks/Azure, plus strong Python and SQL skills. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team across the Data and AI group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 1/2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, preferably on Databricks / Azure.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning and experimentation; experience with LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, you are embracing challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate machine learning and AI models (including generative AI and LLM-based solutions) to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify, frame and prioritize analytics and AI use cases.
• Work with the data engineering team to deploy models into production on Azure and Databricks, and monitor their performance over time.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up to date on the latest advances in data science and AI and incorporate them into our solutions.
