Ventós Group, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, is expanding its Data & AI department with a Data Scientist role. You will develop end-to-end AI solutions, design PoCs, process data, build models, and productize results, contributing to department growth and strategic initiatives.

The role offers remote work options (1 full day and 2 half-days per week), training opportunities, health insurance, and meals subsidies as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data/AI environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualization to identify patterns, generate actionable insights, define new use cases, and create proofs of concepts.
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions including design, PoC prototypes, data processing, model development, and productization.
• Maintenance and evolution of developed projects.
• Participate in training and upskilling Ventós employees in adopting and using the developed solutions.

We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to join our new Data and Artificial Intelligence department, helping drive these initiatives within the company by developing end-to-end AI projects and contributing to the growth of the department itself. The role will be supported strategically by Dribia as a technological partner and offers significant professional growth alongside the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualization to identify patterns, generate actionable insights, define new use cases, and create proofs of concepts.
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions. This includes solution design, creation of algorithmic prototypes (PoC), data processing, model development, and productization.
• Maintenance and evolution of developed projects.
• Participation in training and upskilling Ventós employees in the adoption and use of the developed solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field).
• 3 years of experience in data/AI environments.

• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
