What you will need

• 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist - GenAI.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, evaluation).
• Strong background in Machine Learning & Deep Learning (model development & deployment).
• Solid experience designing, developing, and maintaining NLP-driven systems for task automation, insights generation, and workflow optimization.
• Languages: Spanish (native level), English (fluent)

• Hands-on experience with software engineering best practices (Git / GitHub, CI / CD, Docker, microservices).
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

What will you be doing?

• Join the GenAI squad to design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents that enhance workflows and productivity across departments.
• Work on NLP-based systems for automation, insights, and process optimization.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications in a production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into Mango’s ecosystem.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s internal AI strategy.
