Sixense Satellite is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and advance the Atlas InSAR processing chain for ground deformation monitoring.

You will maintain, extend, and build new features at the intersection of remote sensing, geophysics, and applied machine learning, working closely with geophysicists and radar engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience with InSAR processing workflows and geospatial data.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and computer vision.
• Ability to design and evaluate ML models for remote sensing tasks.
• Collaborative work with geophysicists and engineers.

Sixense Satellite is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of our Atlas InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) processing chain. You'll work on both maintaining and extending core processing capabilities, and on building new features that push our satellite-based ground deformation monitoring products forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of remote sensing, geophysics, and applied machine learning.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our InSAR tools and chain
• Implement new functionalities and features to expand processing capabilities and product offerings
• Design and deploy machine learning models, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), for tasks such as phase unwrapping, atmospheric correction, anomaly/deformation detection, and signal classification
• Collaborate closely with geophysicists, radar engineers, and software developers
