team.blue is seeking a Data Science Lead to guide a small team within the Data & Analytics group. You will balance leadership with hands-on modeling, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data science, including 3+ years in a lead role with delivery track record.
• Proven leadership with line management experience for data scientists.
• Hands-on credibility with production-quality coding and reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align projects with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of two data scientists.
• Stay hands-on delivering the most complex projects end-to-end.
• Manage the team backlog, priorities, and delivery pace.
• Develop business insights and translate data into value.
• Own the data science roadmap and align it with leadership.
• Build and maintain ML models to forecast trends and optimize processes.
• Analyze large datasets and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
