Jobgether is seeking a Head of Data Science & Credit Risk to lead ML-powered underwriting and risk decisioning across multiple markets. You will own the full lifecycle of risk models, from development to monitoring, while mentoring a team of data scientists and risk analysts.

In this leadership role, you will drive policy development, real-time decisioning, and responsible lending practices, partnering with Engineering, Product, Finance, and executives to deliver measurable business impact.

Formación

• 10+ years across data science, ML, and consumer credit risk.
• Proven leadership of credit policies and portfolios at scale.
• Experience with real-time decisioning and production ML.
• Strong SQL and cloud data platform skills.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ML model development for credit decisioning and risk.
• Drive underwriting innovation across multiple markets.
• Build real-time or near-real-time scoring models.
• Establish model governance and monitoring for drift and accuracy.
• Oversee MLOps and deployment lifecycle across platforms.
• Mentor data scientists and risk analysts on the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to translate insights into business impact.
