Job summary

DWS Group is seeking a Data Protection Tokenization Specialist, AVP in Madrid to lead the development and implementation of data protection and tokenization capabilities for AI solutions. You will work within the AI Security CoE, collaborating with AI architects and engineers to strengthen data handling.

The role emphasizes security, privacy engineering, and cloud security across prompts, RAG, and AI data flows, with a focus on responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tokenization, pseudonymization, anonymization, masking, and encryption patterns.
• Define data protection controls for prompts, responses, RAG, and AI data flows.
• Integrate DLP, data classification, and secure logging into AI solutions.
• Partner with AI architects and engineers on secure data-handling patterns.
• Assess data exposure risks associated with internal and third-party AI services.
