Jumbo Group is seeking a dynamic Design Specialist to lead product development within its toys and games portfolio. You will design products, manage specifications, and collaborate with the Brand Team to ensure alignment from concept to production.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with strong emphasis on creativity, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while supporting localization and asset preparation for manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master's in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional design experience in product development or packaging.
• Experience with cardboard/packaging and printing processes a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of delivery.
• Creative thinker who contributes ideas to projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development of an assigned product portfolio within timelines, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop new product proposals from concept through production.
• Create and maintain project specifications during development.
• Identify feasible, cost-effective technical solutions for projects.
• Collaborate with Brand Team to align brief with final product.
• Coordinate localization of products into different languages.
• Prepare artwork and graphics for production and organize assets.

The Design Specialist is part of the Product Development Team, and is responsible for the design of products within the assigned categories, taking into account timelines, feasibility, quality, and cost. Projects may involve the design of new products, the adaptation of existing products for distribution, or the redesign and improvement of existing products.

To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:

• Manage the development of an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring that all objectives are met in terms of timing, cost, quality, and feasibility, in collaboration with Project Coordinators and the Design Director.
• Develop new product proposals, managing the process from initial idea and concept through to production.
• Contribute to the creation of project specifications based on the approved concept and ensure they are kept up to date throughout the development process.
• Support the development of projects by identifying technical solutions and ensuring their feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Brand Team to ensure alignment between the initial briefing and the final product.
• Coordinate the localization of selected products into different languages.
• Prepare all graphic materials and artwork Prequired for production.
• Organize and maintain graphic content and generate the required assets once projects are finalized.

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

• University degree in Graphic Design (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent diploma).
• +4 years of professional experience in a similar role, with solid understanding of the complete product development process, from preliminary concept stages through to production.
• Experience in product development involving cardboard, packaging, and printing processes. Industrial design knowledge would be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively with deadlines and take responsibility for timely project delivery.
• Creative mindset, with the ability to generate new product ideas and contribute constructively to the ideas of others.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office.
