RED Global is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to plan and execute data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation. The candidate will act as a Data Migration SME, coordinating offshore teams and defining migration strategies to ensure accurate data migration into the target SAP environment.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end data migration, developing strategies, and leveraging SAP S/4HANA tools to drive quality and reliability.

• Experience leading SAP data migration for large transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP migration tools and data quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS).
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
• Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams.
• Resolve complex data migration and technical issues.
• Manage migration risks, controls and data quality.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
• 7+ years of SAP/data migration experience
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Start Date: 1 September 2026

End Date: 31 May 2027

Working Model: Remote work with occasional onsite in Barcelona

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead the planning and execution of data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation programme.

The successful candidate will act as a Data Migration SME, coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies and controls, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, accurate and complete data migration into the target SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.


• Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.


• Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS).


• Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
