Red Global is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to plan and execute data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation. The role requires coordinating offshore teams and defining migration strategies to ensure high-quality data migration into the target SAP environment.

The candidate will act as a Data Migration SME, leveraging BODS and Migration Cockpit tools, engaging with business and technical stakeholders, and driving risk controls and data quality across

Formación

• 7+ years of SAP/data migration experience.
• Strong SAP BO Data Services (BODS) / SAP Data Services expertise.
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• English B2+ level.
• Spanish-based candidate - near BCN/Cataluña preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS).
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
• Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams.
• Resolve complex data migration and technical issues.
• Manage migration risks, controls and data quality.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability.

SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead

On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead.

• Role: SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead
• Start Date: 1 September 2026
• End Date: 31 May 2027
• Working Model: Remote work with occasional onsite in Barcelona
• Language: English B2 minimum

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to lead the planning and execution of data migration activities within a major S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will act as a Data Migration SME , coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies and controls, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, accurate and complete data migration into the target SAP environment.

Essential Skills

• Spanish-based candidate- ideally near BCN /Cataluna but not necessary
