Amaris Consulting busca un Data Junior Analyst para unirse al equipo de datos de un cliente internacional. Reportarás directamente al equipo de datos y colaborarás con stakeholders para convertir datos en insights accionables.

Se requiere experiencia previa en análisis de datos, dominio de SQL, herramientas BI y Python. Se valoran habilidades en visualización, modelado de datos y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.

Formación

• 2 años de experiencia como analista de datos, BI o similar.
• Fuerte dominio de SQL para extracción, transformación y análisis de datos.
• Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau o similar).
• Conocimientos sólidos de bases de datos relacionales, modelado de datos y Git.
• Familiaridad con Python para análisis de datos y automatización.
• Experiencia comprobada trabajando con soluciones de reporting, dashboards y BI.
• Nivel avanzado de español (lectura/escritura) y nivel intermedio de inglés.
• Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener informes, dashboards y soluciones analíticas para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Colaborar con las partes interesadas para capturar requisitos y traducirlos en soluciones de datos.
• Diseñar, optimizar y mantener estructuras de base de datos para asegurar integridad y rendimiento.
• Analizar grandes conjuntos de datos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Participar en iniciativas de calidad de datos, gobernanza y mejora continua.
• Implementar soluciones de reporting y monitoreo que aporten insights a negocio.
• Mantenerse al día con tendencias y tecnologías en Data Analytics e BI.

You will join the Data team of one of our clients, working closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Proven experience working with reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
