Ergomed is a specialist CRO focused on rare disease and oncology, partnering with biotech firms to move therapies through early development. We seek a data analytics professional to collect, validate, and analyze trial and site data, develop dashboards, and support feasibility with insights.

The role collaborates across Clinical Operations, Strategy, and Business Development in a global, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong experience in clinical research, feasibility, data analytics or BI.
• Experience with clinical trial, investigator or site datasets.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Experience in CRO/pharma or related environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, validate, and maintain data to support feasibility and operations.
• Analyze clinical trial, site, investigator, and operational data to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support feasibility assessments with data summaries and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely analyses.
• Perform data quality reviews and resolve data gaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Support integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Develop and update reporting templates and analytical tools.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and reports in support of priorities.
• Monitor key metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives using data insights.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and data governance.
