Precision for Medicine is seeking a Principal/Senior Clinical Scientist to lead the clinical science function across Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Autoimmune programs, from study start-up through database lock, ensuring data quality and participant safety.

You will provide scientific and indication-specific expertise to support data collection, review, and cleaning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide eCRF design, RBQM, and study deliverables, and help ensure timely, compliant trial

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years clinical research experience.
• Minimum of 3 years Oncology experience within the past 1.5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical science services for study scope from start-up to database lock.
• Provide indication-specific expertise to support data collection, review, and cleaning.
• Guide eCRF design, data capture, edit checks, and UAT to ensure high-quality data.
• Support RBQM and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Monitoring and study teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee documentation and study level strategy for data review processes.
