ERNI is seeking a software-engineering minded professional to contribute to a Data Governance environment. You will configure and support a Collibra-based SaaS platform, manage incidents, and collaborate with business users and technical teams across Development, QA and Production.

You will engage in integrations, upgrades and releases while growing through mentoring, onboarding, and ongoing internal communities. The role is hybrid and includes growth opportunities and training.

Formación

• Software engineering background with an interest in SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Collibra or similar Data Governance platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in application configuration, incident management and business user support.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and application environments (Development, QA, Production).
• Familiarity with supporting software releases and platform upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and investigate application incidents while coordinating with technical teams.
• Configure and maintain the Collibra platform or a similar SaaS solution across Development, QA and Production environments.
• Open and follow up vendor tickets and support upgrades and releases in line with business requirements.
