An international insurance company based in Madrid is looking for a seasoned professional to implement the Collibra Marketplace and ensure its integration into their data platforms. This role offers a hybrid working model and includes a full range of benefits, such as life insurance and performance bonuses. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in data platform administration and hands-on experience with Collibra configurations.

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group. Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

What you'll do

• You will design and oversee the technical implementation of the Collibra Marketplace, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and governance frameworks.
• You will work closely with data stewards, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Collibra is effectively integrated into our data ecosystem and supports our strategic data initiatives.

Tasks you'll perform

• Design end-to-end architecture for Collibra Marketplace implementation.
• Define integration patterns with data lakes, data warehouses, and APIs.
• Configure Collibra workflows, domains, and assets to support marketplace functionality.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Lead technical workshops and provide guidance to developers and platform engineers.
• Monitor performance and optimize platform configurations post-rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data platform administration, data governance.
• Hands‑on experience with Collibra platform configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, Java, Python, or Groovy for workflow and integration development.
• Advanced hands‑on cloud fundamentals (Azure and/or AWS), Terraform IaC, CI/CD; good understanding of identity, secrets, network, and policy‑as‑code.
• Experience with data mesh or data product architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collibra Solution Architect Certification or Collibra Certified Professional certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile environments and empowered product teams.
