ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Governance Manager to drive enterprise data governance initiatives and MDc? Management programs. The role will partner with business and technology teams to establish trusted data, maintain data quality, and promote metadata management across a global landscape.

The candidate will lead governance across domains, define KPIs, and collaborate with IT and business functions to build scalable data governance frameworks and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Management, or related fields.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP MDG, Reltio, Informatica, Semarchy, Profisee, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, cataloging, and lineage.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.
• Advanced English level (B2+).

This role will be responsible for driving Data Governance and Master Data Management best practices, ensuring trusted, high-quality data across the organization while partnering with business and technology teams on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor data quality standards, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Promote metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and data stewardship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to build scalable governance frameworks and drive adoption.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Management, or related fields.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP MDG, Reltio, Informatica, Semarchy, Profisee, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, cataloging, and lineage.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.
• Advanced English level (B2+).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
