Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Implementation Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. You will lead MDG projects across Customer Master and Cost Center Master Data, designing governance, workflows and data replication strategies while collaborating with global teams to deliver end-to-end MDG solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of MDG experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in an Agile or structured SAP delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP MDG experience with Customer Master (MDG-BP) and CO master data.
• Hands-on SAP MDG implementation, configuration and governance expertise.
• Experience with BRF+ rules, DRF data replication, and MDG data models.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Implementation Consultant to join our SAP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance, with a focus on Customer Master (MDG-BP) and Controlling / Cost Center Master Data.

This role will involve working across the full MDG implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Lead and support SAP MDG implementation and rollout activities across Customer and Controlling master data domains.
• Design and configure MDG-BP / Customer Master governance processes, including creation, change, approval, validation, and replication.
• Work on Cost Center and CO Master Data governance processes and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP MDG solution and technical designs.
• Configure and develop business rules using BRF+, including validations, derivations, and workflow-related rules.
• Configure and support DRF (Data Replication Framework) for master data distribution to downstream systems.
• Work with MDG data models, change requests, workflows, validations, derivations, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end MDG solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare solution designs, functional/technical specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
• Troubleshoot master data governance and replication issues and provide appropriate solutions.
