ERNI is seeking a software engineering professional with a focus on Data Governance to help configure and support a SaaS platform. You will work with Collibra or similar solutions, handling incidents and platform administration across Development, QA and Production environments.

The role involves collaboration with business users and technical teams, plus onboarding support, regular mentoring, and opportunities for growth within a hybrid work model that combines office presence and remote work.

Formación

• Background in software engineering for SaaS/enterprise apps.
• Experience with Collibra or similar data governance tools.
• Experience configuring applications and managing incidents.
• Familiar with APIs, integrations, and multi-environment deployments.
• Experience with Jenkins and software release processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and investigate application incidents while supporting business users.
• Configure and maintain the Collibra platform or a similar SaaS solution across environments.
• Open and follow up vendor tickets and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support upgrades and implement configuration changes aligned with business needs.
