• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in communications, marketing, enablement, or analytics role in a data‑driven organization.
• Proven use of AI tools to improve communications, learning or analytics content.
• Understanding of AI‑assisted analytics and how to guide users with AI.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Data and Analytics across the enterprise with best practices and metrics.
• Develop and deliver clear, business‑friendly analytics communications.
• Create newsletters, blogs, updates and learning content; leverage AI to scale output.
• Lead Enablement initiatives like events and learning paths.
• Use AI tools to create, adapt and maintain enablement content with human review.
• Help stakeholders use AI to perform analytics more effectively and independently.
