Randstad Digital España is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to drive a team of Data Engineers and deliver scalable data pipelines. You will work with AWS, Airflow, Docker and Snowflake, design robust data architectures, and oversee CI/CD and GitHub practices, while collaborating in an Agile environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model, regular office hours, and a supportive training plan with access to e-learning resources.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a manager or lead in the data engineering area.
• Experience with AWS, Airflow, Docker and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Good level of English.
• Experience using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Data Engineers under your responsibility.
• Designing and developing data pipelines.
• Managing version control, CI/CD and GitHub.
