Symrise AG in Barcelona is launching a 12-month Global Data & AI Graduate Career Program for recent graduates. You will join the Data and Integration/API Architecture team to shape enterprise data capabilities and enable AI use cases through scalable data products.

The program offers formal training, hands-on global projects, mentoring, and exposure to leadership in a fast-paced, international environment. A 12-month paid program with clear growth potential awaits.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or similar).
• Graduation no later than 31 July 2026.
• Maximum 2 years of prior professional experience.
• Availability to start full-time in September 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Join the Data and Integration/API Architecture and Engineering team to develop enterprise data capabilities.
• Contribute to building a scalable data lakehouse and reusable data products.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Improve data pipelines, automation, and data lifecycle management for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions and support transformation initiatives.
