SAP Barcelona is seeking an ambitious intern for the Customer Success Management (Digital) team. You’ll support data entry, administration, and customer interactions while contributing to AI-enabled efficiency and data-driven decisions.

This paid six‑month internship offers mentorship, cross‑functional collaboration, and exposure to SAP’s digital initiatives. Start as soon as possible in 2026 and gain hands‑on experience shaping customer success.

Formación

• Active student enrolled in a relevant program.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Experience in teams and cross-functional environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Interest in AI and digital productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Data Entry and Management: maintain customer data, identify trends, support adoption strategies (≤140 chars).
• Administrative Support: schedule meetings and assist CSM team.
• Customer Interaction and Support: assist in customer-facing campaigns and events.
• Special Projects: contribute to AI-driven process optimization and team productivity.
