Are you a skilled Data Engineer with cloud experience looking for your next long-term challenge in an international environment?

At adesso , we’re expanding our team to support one of our largest and most strategic projects in the insurance sector (confidential client). Join us and be part of a major transformation initiative in the data space!

What will you be doing?

• Design and develop effective data architectures in Snowflake, optimizing data ingestion, storage and querying.
• Implement and manage data transformations using DBT to create analytical models and ensure data quality.
• Design and implement batch data processing pipelines and model data in various formats.
• Collaborate on technical and migration concepts with a multidisciplinary team.
• Integrate data sources into the Lakehouse architecture.
• Ensure alignment with the client’s architectural strategy in coordination with other technical teams.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with data migration projects and modern cloud-based data architectures.
• Familiarity with technologies like Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, AWS, and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and agile environment.
• Fluent English (B2+ minimum), both spoken and written.
