Power Digital is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join the Data Team and own the core data foundation, pipelines, and data marts for multi-client engagements. You will work end-to-end from ingestion through semantic layers and leverage AI-agentic workflows to accelerate development.

The role requires production-grade Python/SQL skills, deep dbt expertise, Snowflake, and a strong cloud stack (GCP). You will collaborate across teams to deliver reliable data solutions for BI and AI

Formación

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with production-grade code for data pipelines and modeling
• Deep expertise in dbt with incremental strategies, tests, and materializations
• Strong command of Snowflake and the cloud data stack
• Experience modeling in a multi-tenant environment
• Working knowledge of marketing and advertising datasets (UTMs, attribution)
• End-to-end data lifecycles from ingestion to serving for BI and AI
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (GCP) and IaC principles
• Adoption of AI-agentic development workflows for coding and debugging
• Experience with Git and CI/CD best practices
• Ability to ship iteratively and refine data products with live feedback
• Preferred: agency/consultancy experience and measurement work

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts)
• Build ingestion that handles API changes, deprecated fields, rate limits, and retroactive restatements
• Model across sources to ensure numbers reconcile (across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Contribute to client-bespoke modeling on top of core layer
• Build semantic layers and metric definitions for AI-generated SQL
• Use AI-agentic workflows to accelerate development and document patterns
• Collaborate with nova product/engineering, AI/innovation, and client teams
• Monitor data quality and optimize pipelines for cost and performance
