HCLTech Cataluñ a, ubicada en Cataluña, España, busca un Data Engineer especializado en Python, Pandas y NumPy para unirse al equipo de ingeniería de datos. El candidato ideal diseña y mantiene ETL/ELT, pipelines escalables y componentes reutilizables.

Se valora experiencia en ingesta, limpieza, transformación y validación de datos, así como prácticas DevOps, CI/CD y despliegue de artefactos Python. Se requiere visión end-to-end desde desarrollo hasta producción y monitoreo.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en Python con Pandas y NumPy para ingeniería de datos.
• Desarrollo de pipelines ETL/ELT escalables y mantenibles.
• Conocimientos de DevOps y ciclo de vida del software; despliegue CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar pipelines ETL/ELT y marcos reutilizables para procesamiento a gran escala.
• Optimizar flujos de datos, garantizar rendimiento, fiabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
• Aplicar prácticas de código limpio, pruebas, revisión de código y observabilidad en producción.
• Diseñar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD y artefactos Python para entrega continua.
• Monitoreo, registro y alerta de servicios para producción y soporte continuo.

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Data Engineer! Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade solutions in Python, with advanced expertise in Pandas and NumPy. Strong background in data engineering, including data ingestion, preprocessing, cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment. Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable ETL/ELT pipelines. Development of reusable frameworks and components for large-scale data processing. Optimization of data pipelines for performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Application of software engineering best practices, including clean code, modular design, testing, and code reviews. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and software delivery lifecycle. Design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and release processes. Experience creating and managing Python deployment artifacts, packages, and libraries. Implementation of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities for production services. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and/or other cloud environments) Proven ability to take solutions end-to-end, from development through industrialization, deployment, and ongoing support.
