You will design, validate, build, and support solutions from concept to implementation, lead data architectures for top-tier clients, and communicate ROI to stakeholders. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, partners, and delivery teams to ensure every solution delivers real business value.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Experience applying DataOps best practices.
• Fluent English and native or bilingual Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of data solutions for top-tier clients.
• Translate client challenges into scalable data architectures and proofs of concept.
• Act as a senior-level consultant on key projects, including client architecture assessments and PoCs.
• Bridge to production: support delivery teams to ensure the technical vision is implemented.
• Explore and test the latest tools and approaches, including GenAI and modern data stack features.

We are looking for a Data Engineer who enjoys transforming business needs into innovative solutions, leading high-impact proposals, and becoming a key technical reference within a constantly evolving team.

We are looking for someone who can design, validate, build, and support solutions from concept through to implementation.

What will your mission be?

You will lead the design of data solutions for top-tier clients, transforming complex challenges into robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.

You will work closely with clients, partners, and delivery teams to ensure that every solution delivers genuine business value.

What will you do?

• Architecture Design & Pre-Sales: Translate client challenges into cutting-edge data architectures that are cost-effective, secure, and scalable, helping to win key tenders and projects.
• Storytelling & Solution Presentation: Turn technical solutions into compelling business narratives. You will lead technical presentations to clients, demonstrating technical feasibility to technical stakeholders while communicating ROI and business value to decision-makers.
• Advisory & Strategic Hands-on Work: Act as a senior-level consultant on key projects, including client architecture assessments, technical consulting, and the agile development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate the value and business impact of technology.
• Bridge to Production: Act as the link between “what is sold” and “what is built.” You will support production and delivery teams during the initial stages of projects to ensure that your technical vision is successfully implemented.
• Innovation Radar: Explore and test the latest tools and approaches, including GenAI, open formats, and new Modern Data Stack features, helping us maintain our competitive edge.

What Are We Looking For?

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Experience applying DataOps best practices.
• Fluent English and native or bilingual Spanish.

Highly valued

• Experience in pre-sales, technology consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Cloud or Data ecosystem certifications.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, or LLMOps.
• Knowledge of modern web architectures and end-to‑end integrations.
