Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking a motivated Data Engineer to design, build and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses. You will ensure data accuracy, accessibility and reliability across the business, collaborating with analytics, product and engineering teams.

This role emphasizes hands-on work with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms. You can work remotely from Spain, tackling technical challenges and delivering scalable data solutions that empower reporting and BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
