Job summary

Essity is seeking a Production Planner CT to support planning and scheduling for our manufacturing sites in Catalonia. You will balance demand and capacity, ensure product availability, and drive data-driven decisions to optimise operations.

The role requires data-driven problem solving, collaboration with multiple teams, and the use of SAP and planning systems to maintain accurate master data and production plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, or similar roles within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans and schedules, aligning demand with capacity and constraints.
• Monitor production capacity and identify constraints to minimize disruptions.
• Help maintain healthy inventory levels of finished goods and key materials.
• Collaborate with production, material planning, logistics and customer-facing teams.
• Analyze scenarios and assess impacts of demand fluctuations and capacity changes.
• Maintain relevant planning data and support the use of SAP and planning tools.
