Qualifications

• Grado or Master in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Registered with a recognized Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
• Experience in specification design for building types.
• Knowledge of health and safety issues and legislation.
• Knowledge of contract and business law.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Ability to use spreadsheet software.
• Understanding of BS standards/UK regulations.
• Experience with invoicing and credit control.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Background in consulting or construction preferred.
• Experience with international working and operations.

Responsabilités

• Run major projects and lead teams in development, design, and coordination of mechanical or electrical installations for buildings.
• Perform cost and profit analysis, feasibility studies, and fee bids.
• Review project status and adjust schedules; prepare management and client reports.
• Develop and specify control systems for building services.
• Survey, test, and report on existing installations.
• Ensure drawings and calculations meet standards and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at technical meetings with clients and contractors.
• Lead risk and performance monitoring through internal controls.
• Coordinate engineering services across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and project delivery processes.
