Job summary

Uneek Global Limited in Madrid is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to lead the electrical design and supervision of Data Centre projects from concept through to completion. You will work with a growing consultancy delivering electrical systems across technology buildings and ensure compliance with international standards.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years of design experience, strong AutoCAD and BIM tools, and the ability to travel within Spain.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required (Higher or Technical).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical design.
• Experience in Data Centre projects is highly valuable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools.
• Ability to travel within Spain and supervise on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical design across project phases from preliminary to detailed design.
• Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage budgets with Presto and scheduling with MS Project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Produce technical documentation and reports.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Use Revit for model visualization and Navisworks for clash detection.
• Support site management and multidisciplinary coordination.
