Job summary

DATA4 seeks a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (DCIE) to lead technical management and operations of data centers across Europe. You will define roadmaps, manage critical environment projects, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and facilities teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while mitigating risks and ensuring uptime.

Role requires 5+ years in data center/mission-critical ops, PMI or similar certification preferred, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role or mission-critical operations.
• 2+ years in project management or complex process management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Collect data and coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Lead risk maps and contingency plans for critical environments.
• Ensure projects meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to specs and timelines.
• Support QA processes and audits.
