IREN Group seeks an experienced DC CSA Superintendent to manage on-site civil and structural works during data center construction in Spain. You will supervise earthworks, foundations, structural systems, and building envelope, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating interfaces with MEP and operations teams.

Reporting to the General Superintendent, you will monitor quality, address field issues, and drive continuous improvement to deliver reliable, scalable, and safe

Qualifications

• Must have civil/structural site delivery experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong ability to supervise contractors, manage safety, quality, and schedules.
• Skilled reading/interpretation of drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving for multi-contractor sites.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-site civil/structural works including earthworks, foundations, and structures.
• Supervise contractors and site teams, monitor progress, productivity, and safety.
• Align civil/structural interfaces with MEP, architectural, and operations teams.
• Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, permits, and ITPs for compliance.
• Monitor quality, safety, environment, and compliance with standards.
• Escalate critical matters affecting cost, schedule, or safety.
