HBX Group in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Data and Automation Specialist to join our Customer Experience and Automation Team. You will implement data ecosystems, build automated workflows, and deploy AI-powered personalization across travel products and services.

Ideal candidates bring strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Snowflake or PostgreSQL, and a good grasp of low-code/no-code platforms. Join us to drive scalable automation in a fast-growing travel tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and update data structures on Snowflake following architectural guidelines.
• Build and maintain datasets to automate business processes using low-code/no-code tools.
• Develop connections to integrate LLMs with external data sources via MCP or similar specs.
• Deploy AI models to personalize traveler experiences and automate content creation.
• Collaborate with Leads to translate business requirements into automation workflows and dashboards.
• Monitor AI workflows and iterate for better performance and impact.
• Create data queries for visualization to analyze processes and monitor changes.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES:

• ImplementandupdatedatastructuresonSnowflakefollowingestablishedarchitecturalguidelines,ensuringqualityandperformanceofassigneddatasets.
• Buildandmaintaindatasetstoallowautomationofbusinessprocessesusinglow-code/no-codeplatformslikeAppian,n8n,Salesforce,andsimilartoolstointegratereservationsystems,CRM,marketing,andcustomerserviceplatforms.
• DevelopconnectionsusingtheModelContextProtocol(MCP)tointegrateLLMswithexternaldatasourcesasdefinedintechnicalspecifications.
• DeployandintegrategenerativeAImodelstopersonalizetravelerexperiences,automatecontentcreation,managechatbots,andsupportpredictiveanalyticsfordemandandcustomerbehavior.
• CollaboratewiththeLeadandstakeholderstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintofunctionalautomationworkflowsanddashboards.
• MonitorAIandautomationworkflows,iteratingforimprovedperformance,reliability,andbusinessimpact.
• Builddataqueriesforvisualisationstoanalysebusinessprocessesandmonitorchangeimpact.
