HBX Group is seeking a Sales Tools Team Lead to oversee management, optimization, and continuous improvement of sales tools aligned with business goals. You will bridge business and technical teams, drive incident resolution, and lead a motivated team to boost performance and growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and a knack for optimizing tools and processes to support rapid travel-tech expansion.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years in sales tools, CRM, or business systems management.
  • Experience in incident management and process improvement.
  • Experience leading teams and coaching.

Responsabilidades

  • Centralize and govern sales tool management through standardized processes.
  • Coordinate the resolution of tool-related incidents and issues to ensure continuity.
  • Identify and resolve tool inefficiencies to improve performance.
  • Gather and prioritise business feedback to align tool capabilities.
  • Monitor tool performance through analyses and optimization.
  • Serve as the main liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Drive governance and user experience improvements for tools.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to meet goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.

Job Summary

The Sales Tools Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of sales and business-critical tools to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Acting as the key liaison between business and technical teams, this role drives operational efficiency, incident resolution, stakeholder engagement, and tool performance enhancement. The position also includes leading and developing a team, fostering collaboration across functions, and ensuring tools effectively support business growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralize and govern sales tool management through standardized processes, including ticketing, escalation procedures, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
  • Coordinate the resolution of tool-related incidents and issues to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve system and tool inefficiencies to improve operational performance and reduce downtime.
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize business feedback to align tool capabilities with evolving business requirements.
  • Monitor tool performance through regular assessments, usage analysis, and continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for tool governance, support processes, and user experience.
  • Lead, develop, mentor, and coach team members to achieve departmental goals and individual performance objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development discussions with direct reports.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales tools, CRM, or business systems management.
  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and drive system enhancements.
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience, including coaching and team development.
  • Experience working across technical and business teams to deliver operational objectives.
