Deutsche Post DHL's DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar) seeks a Data Analyst Lead to transform data into business value and drive continuous improvement across international logistics operations.

You will design and improve processes through data-driven insights, reporting and automation, lead a team of data professionals, and partner with IT on data architecture to enable strategic decisions.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics and BI environments.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong background in Business Process Design & Analysis.
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance management.
• Experience across multiple contracts or complex operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Data Analytics professionals.
• Drive business process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Master Data Management for designated Accounts.
• Data Quality Management and governance.
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to support decisions.
• Collaborate with IT on data modelling and reporting architecture.
