Position Overview

Hexagon Geosystems division focuses on combining accurate measurement, positioning, and mapping technologies with industry‑tailored workflows. We are seeking a strategic Senior People Data Analyst to drive advanced HR data analytics initiatives, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful, actionable reports.

Responsibilities
  • Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and present findings in ways that resonate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to discuss HR performance metrics, trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR‑IT to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems, ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Support HR insights and reporting projects by ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other HRIS solutions, with a proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.
  • Strong expertise in Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering partnerships across departments while maintaining professionalism in managing confidential data.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data governance, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring sensitive employee information is managed securely and ethically in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
