A global building materials company in Madrid seeks a Junior Analyst Data & Revenue for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business performance. Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor's degree and possess strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI. Formación

  • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, finance, planning, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Advanced English is mandatory.

As a Junior Analyst Data & Revenue Europe, you will support the analysis and monitoring of revenue, profitability, and commercial performance for the Materials business in Europe. You will play a key role in data collection, validation, and processing, helping to develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs that enable strategic decision‑making. Working closely with local and regional teams, you will learn Cemex’s financial methodologies and strengthen your analytical capabilities in an international environment.

Support the collection, cleaning, and validation of data related to sales, revenue, margins, and commercial performance.

Assist in the preparation of estimates and budgets following regional guidelines.

Contribute to the maintenance and updating of dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for KPI visualization.

Monitor key business indicators under the supervision of the senior analyst or regional lead.

Produce ad‑hoc reports requested by commercial, finance, or planning teams.

Support initiatives aimed at identifying opportunities to improve profitability, pricing, or commercial efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

  • Additional studies in data analysis or business analytics are a plus.

Spanish: English: Advanced (mandatory)

Digital skills

Power BI (Intermediate), Excel (advanced : formulas, pivot tables), SAP or similar ERP systems (data extraction basics), SQL fundamentals, experience working with structured datasets.

0–2 years of experience in data analysis, finance, planning, or similar roles.
