As a Data Analyst, you will:
  • Connect and extract data from diverse internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, project management tools, git, etc.)
  • Clean, validate, and organize large datasets for accurate, actionable analysis.
  • Build and maintain dynamic data visualisation dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for internal business reporting to drive data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Automate recurring data collection and report generation tasks to improve department efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into clear KPIs and tailored dashboard solutions.
  • Document data pipelines, source logic, and dashboard methodologies for transparency and continuity.
  • Provide insights to business users and support colleagues in interpreting data reports.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of professional data analysis experience, including hands‑on work integrating data from multiple business systems.
  • Proven ability Python (or R) for data extraction, manipulation and automation.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, project management environments).
  • Direct, practical experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable business intelligence tool.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and ETL concepts to automate and streamline data processes.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to communicate analytical insights clearly to different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning environments.
  • Experience supporting internal business reporting or operational excellence teams.
