ING España & Portugal is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Analyst team within the Customer Interactions and Monetization Tribe. The analyst will enhance business performance through descriptive analytics and diagnoses, delivering precise, data-driven analyses and actionable insights to improve decision-making and commercial outcomes.

The role requires engaging with business areas, understanding services and products, and navigating the data ecosystem to provide meaningful analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content.
• 5+ years of experience in a comparable role transforming data to extract key business insights.
• Fluent English will be appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Engage proactively with business areas to understand goals and generate accurate data-driven analyses and recommendations.
• Analyze product trends to increase sales conversion, reduce attrition, improve digital funnels, and support campaigns.
• Conduct customer analyses to determine lifetime value, segmentation, and forecast development.
• Support and advise the business on reporting needs and develop dashboards for data-driven monitoring.
