AXA Partners Barcelona is seeking a Data Analyst to help drive a data-driven transformation. You will deliver reliable data assets and contribute to data strategy in a multinational environment.

You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, SSAS and DAX, applying dimensional modeling and modern analytics practices. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD is a plus. Join us to turn data into actionable insight.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Intelligence with Big Data specialization.
• 3-5 years in a production BI environment.
• Experience in data warehousing and analytics projects in multicultural organizations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, SSAS, and DAX; strong dimensional modeling knowledge.
• Good understanding of software development processes (Git, CI/CD) and knowledge in Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Business Intelligence theory (dimensional modeling: Kimball, star schema, etc.).
• Languages: Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
• Agile mindset: able to work in international and complex environments.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a production BI environment, with experience in data warehousing/analytics projects in multicultural organizations.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX, among others) and best practices in dimensional modeling.
• Good understanding of the software development process (git, ci/cd, etc.) and knowledge in Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Business Intelligence theory (dimensional modeling: Kimball, star schema, etc., database, data warehousing, datamarts, dimensional and tabular cube, KPI, etc.).
• Languages: Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
• Agile mindset: Ability to work in an international and complex environment, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
