Linde is hiring a Senior Data Lead to own Data Governance and the end‑to‑end Data Platform across Homecare Europe. You will shape the multi‑year Data & AI transformation roadmap, set standards for governance, and drive cross‑country alignment in regulatory and clinical contexts.

You will build pipelines in Databricks using Python/PySpark and SQL, implement Unity Catalog security, and deliver governed datasets for Power BI and APIs.

Formación

• 8+ years in data architecture and data engineering delivering enterprise platforms.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on Databricks/Spark/Delta in production.
• Experience establishing governance and access controls (Unity Catalog preferred).
• Familiarity with HL7 v2 / FHIR is a plus.
• Experience integrating data from Azure-hosted applications and Microsoft SQL; external providers/IoT data is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-country data or digital transformation programs in regulated industries.
• Experience managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• English required; additional languages a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish, German).

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Data Governance and Data Platform standards across Homecare Europe.
• Lead multi-country Data & AI transformation roadmaps and architecture evolution.
• Oversee data ingestion, model, and KPI semantic layer definitions for Power BI.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and runbooks for data platforms.
• Represent Data & AI in steering committees and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Guide onboarding of priority data sources into a lakehouse (Databricks-first).
