Job summary

Antal International in Madrid seeks an experienced Data & AI Manager to lead transformation programs for senior executives across industries. You will blend strategic advisory, business development and project leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes in a multi-client environment.

You will work with C-level stakeholders, shape data governance, and guide technology choices in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives for clients.

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Manager to join a leading international consulting firm, where you will combine strategic advisory, business development, and project leadership to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Strong background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including:
• Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
• Data Governance & Data Management
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
