Veepee is seeking a proactive data & AI intern to join our Quality Analytics team in Barcelona. You will design and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs and visuals.

You will also help build an AI agent delivering tailored quality guidelines for each sale, engage in data quality initiatives and collaborate across Quality, Data Analysts and business stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; Spanish and French are valued.

Formación

• Must be data-driven with strong numerical skills.
• Excel skills and ability to build dashboards are essential.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with dashboards is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish and French are valued.
• Able to work proactively in a hybrid setup.
• Experience with AI prompting or agent design is a plus.

TASKS

• Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy
  • Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team
  • Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
  • Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
• Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines
  • Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.)
  • Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
  • Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
  • Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
  • Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
  • Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
