Jobtailor in Barcelona, Spain seeks a data-driven analyst to design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy. You will gather requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into KPIs and visuals, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across reports.

• Experience designing dashboards with MicroStrategy and KPI development.
• Strong data quality mindset and ability to translate stakeholder needs into metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience researching and implementing new technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy in collaboration with a Data Analyst.
• Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports.
• Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team.
• Design and build an AI agent providing tailored Quality guidelines for each sale.
• Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base.
• Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations.
• Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs.
• Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders.
• Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights.
• Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations.
