Role

As a Data & AI Analyst, you will support Visium’s strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing data and AI strategies for clients
• Research emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the team
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes using data and AI
• Help analyse data sets and create visualisations to communicate findings to clients
• Assist in creating client‑facing reports and presentations to communicate data‑driven insights and recommendations
• Develop strategic recommendations for both Visium and its clients with thorough argumentation
• Liaise with the different internal departments of Visium

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and pragmatically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to explore how AI can drive innovation and impact
• Fluent in English; German or French will be considered a plus.
