Viking Travel Care is seeking a Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinator to join its travel insurance assistance centre in Spain. You will assist Nordic travellers worldwide, providing reassurance, information, and practical help during illness, accidents or emergencies.

The role offers a full-time position in Spain with structured training and opportunities for development. Offices are in Torrevieja or Fuengirola, with 24/7 shifts including daytime, evening, night and weekends.

Formación

• No specific educational background required; emphasis on helping people and working in a busy environment.
• Experience in customer service, travel, healthcare, insurance, hospitality or other people-focused roles may be relevant but is not required.
• Background in languages, travel and tourism, healthcare, law, insurance or international studies may be relevant but is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answering telephone calls and emails to assist customers.
• Listening to customers and understanding their situation.
• Opening and following up on cases.
• Providing information about insurance coverage.
• Assisting with arrangements involving doctors, clinics, transport, hotels or repatriation when required.
• Working with insurance companies, doctors, clinics and partners.
