Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service excellence.

• Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and case updates using internal CRM and ticketing systems.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical support, billing, and escalations to ensure comprehensive resolution of complex customer issues.

• Proactively identify recurring customer pain points and communicate actionable feedback to team leaders and quality assurance teams to drive continuous service improvement.

• Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and internal compliance standards at all times.

• Participate actively in ongoing training programmes, coaching sessions, and team meetings to stay current with product updates and customer service best practices.

• Represent the company’s values and brand positively by consistently delivering a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented customer experience.

• Native or fluent Danish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — strong Danish proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility).

• A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and team collaboration.

• Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous, though not strictly required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
