Your role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email. You’ll help with installations, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers happy and connected!

Your profile

• Fluent in Danish (C2)
• Proficient in English
• Call centre experience
• Communicative & empathetic
• Positive, flexible & a true team player
• Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset
• Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally

Daily tasks

• Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data
• Verify identities and answer inquiries
• Handle claims & manage card activations or blocks
• Ensure every customer feels supported and protected
